I am a business owner but I don't see the "add new" business tab in my user account

You have probably reached the maximum number of businesses you can add, please confirm the number of businesses your membership should have and check how many businesses you currently have in your account under the “My businesses” tab.

I am a business owner but I don't see the "add new" jobs tab in my user account

You must add business first before you can add a new job.

How To Make Payment to Business Owner

Check Business owner’s profile for banking details, or contact them. You may also check the product details, there should be banking details that you may use to do EFT. You may contact the business owner before making any payment.

How to add banking details to my store

In your account, click “Shop Settings”, then in your store, click “Store Settings”, then “Storefront”. Addd your banking details in the “Message to Buyers” section, that way customers will always get your banking details at checkout and in their emails as well.

You should also add your banking details in the “Billing ” section. Please select “Direct Bank” in the “Choose Payment Method” then enter your bank name and your account number and the account holder’s name.
